A Rewarding Career at kp

I joined kp just over a year ago and was drawn to the organisation because of the opportunity it presented to me in terms of continuing to develop my career.

I believe it’s important to have diverse representation at all levels of a high-functioning organisation, and that women need to be a part of the dialogue in how we build, shape, and grow our company – and what role the workplace plays in our lives in and out of work.

As a member of the management team, I will always push for even greater equity and inclusion as I’m so passionate about how this forms a key part of kp’s company culture.

I am especially proud to be part of kp, where we are working diligently every day on increasing representation in all areas of our global team. As a member of the management team, I will always push for even greater equity and inclusion as I’m so passionate about how this forms a key part of kp’s company culture. And I know it will only make us stronger in the future.

Championing International Women’s Day

To me, International Women’s Day is a celebration of women and the vital roles we play in our homes, our workplaces, and wider communities. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the progress made towards gender equality and a reminder to inspire those around us to actively promote inclusion, belonging and empowerment. I’m excited to see what my future holds and also hope to empower other women in the compliance sector to realise and pursue their dreams.

Empowering Future Generations

A career is a marathon, not a sprint, and your success (as well as the success of others around you) is highly dependent on your emotional resilience and support network.

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
I encourage anyone starting on their professional journey to be open to giving and receiving help. A career is a marathon, not a sprint, and your success (as well as the success of others around you) is highly dependent on your emotional resilience and support network.

I also hope that all my colleagues will join me in celebrating women’s accomplishments and ensuring everyone has the same access to opportunities. Not just on International Women’s Day, but every day. Only then can we ensure the next generation can truly reach their full potential and feel they belong.
