Walk around for plastics

The site launched an internal campaign to look out for loose plastics. Through this initiative, employees patrol the site, inspecting areas to prevent any loss of plastic pellets and flakes during delivery and handling within the site operations.

All drains are protected, ensuring that if there is ever a spillage during a delivery of raw materials, nothing leaks into the environment. We look forward to expanding Operation Clean Sweep® to all our sites, having already introduced it to our sites in the UK (Crumlin, Featherstone and St. Helens), Spain (Girona and Pravia) and Portugal (Santo Tirso).
