Alongside your studies at the ADG Business School (Schloss Montabaur), you will familiarise yourself with the business processes at Klöckner Pentaplast. During your training, you will work in the Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (raw materials planning, goods receiving warehouse), Shipping, Technology, Production, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Corporate Communications and Marketing departments.

Areas of application during training

Alongside your studies at the FOM, you will familiarise yourself with the business processes at Klöckner Pentaplast and during your first training phase you will work in the Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Incoming Goods & Warehouse), Shipping, Technology, Production, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing departments. In the second phase of your training, you will focus on our company's global IT. The varied training programme will prepare you for working independently in IT later on. You will also gain an ideal foundation for your professional and personal development.

Industrial clerk

Industrial clerk (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

You will familiarise yourself with the business processes at Klöckner Pentaplast and during your training you will work in the Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Incoming Goods & Warehouse), Shipping, Technology, Production, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Corporate Communications and Marketing departments. The varied training programme will prepare you for working independently in an administrative department later on. You will also gain an ideal foundation for your professional and personal development. During your apprenticeship, you will attend the vocational school in Montabaur. This offers the option of completing the "Industrial Clerk Europe" programme. To this end, you will take part in an approx. 4-week stay abroad and then sit an English exam.

IT specialist in application development

IT Specialist in Application Development (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

You will work in our global IT department, where you will learn how to develop and modify modern MES software based on Oracle and Java. Working with databases and interfaces is part of your field of activity. You will be responsible for the maintenance, test documentation and implementation of new programme changes. You will also have the opportunity to work interactively with end users to independently develop solutions to existing problems. Guided development of customer-specific application solutions, installation and support of system-specific software solutions is also part of your area of responsibility. You will also familiarise yourself with the production and administrative areas.

IT specialist for system integration

IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

During your training, you will get to know the various teams in our IT departments This includes on-site support at the Montabaur site in the Service Delivery team and the global areas of IT Products, Cloud Hosting, Collaboration Manufacturing Infrastructure and Connectivity in the IT Infrastructure team You will provide qualified IT support and problem management in the office and production area You will be responsible for the procurement of new hardware and software as well as the administration and maintenance of users and authorisation groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 You will also be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Microsoft operating systems and client applications such as Microsoft Office and the administration and documentation of IT systems.

Chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

You will work in our chemical laboratory and learn how to handle chemicals, measuring instruments and measuring methods during your training. As a chemical laboratory technician, you will carry out chemical analyses and test series. Among other things, you will use modern instrumental analysis. You will document and evaluate the results. You will work according to standards such as ISO 9001 or GMP, to which our company is certified. You will also be taught in-depth knowledge of plastics and familiarising yourself with the work processes in the chemical laboratory will prepare you optimally for working independently later on.

Electronics technician for operating technology

Electronics technician for operating technology (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

As an electronics technician for industrial engineering, you will install, maintain and repair our electrical systems. This primarily includes the switching and control systems of our production machines and their automation technology. You will also ensure the trouble-free operation of our energy supply systems. If faults occur in these systems, you will take all measures to rectify them. The apprenticeship will prepare you for working independently as an electronics technician in the future.

Plastics & rubber technologist

Plastics & rubber technologist (m/f/d)

Areas of application during training

You will familiarise yourself with the entire production process at Klöckner Pentaplast GmbH You will also monitor the film production process and carry out quality assurance work During your training, you will be prepared for future independent work as a machine operator, foreman or master craftsman on state-of-the-art production systems in shift operation.

You will work in our mechanical workshop, where you will be taught how to repair and maintain our production systems You will also learn the specialist skills of metalworking during your apprenticeship Your work will also familiarise you with the kp production process You will be prepared to work independently as an industrial mechanic in the future.
